These terms are the agreement between you (a seller using olyone) and
Olyzono LLC, the company behind olyone. They cover
the olyone app, the merchant dashboard at app.olyone.lk, and the stores we host for you at
*.oly.lk or on your own domain. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them
short and in plain language.
1. What olyone is
olyone is software for running an online shop: your store, orders, deliveries, customers and payments in one place. We sell the software as a monthly subscription. We are not a party to the sales you make: your customers buy from you, and you are responsible for your products, prices, delivery promises, refunds to your customers, and the taxes on your sales. Payments from your customers go to your own payment gateway account (such as PayHere or OnePay), your bank account, or you in cash - never through olyone.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and use olyone for a real business.
- You own your store's content and your business records. You give us permission to host and display them only so we can run the service for you.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- Free trial. Every new shop gets 14 days free with everything unlocked. No card is needed to start. We remind you before the trial ends.
- Plans. Starter, Grow and Pro are billed monthly, or yearly at the price of 10 months, in Sri Lankan rupees at the prices on our pricing page. We take no commission on your sales.
- Payment. On the web, card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card statement shows OLYONE. In the iPhone app, subscriptions are bought and billed through Apple under Apple's terms.
- Renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month (or year) until you cancel. If you add a card during your free trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
- Price changes. If we change a plan's price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- If a payment fails or a trial ends without a plan, everything keeps working for 3 more days. After that your dashboard becomes read-only until you choose a plan - but your shop stays open and keeps taking orders, and your data is never deleted for non-payment.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time - in the dashboard under Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing (or, for a plan bought in the iPhone app, in your iPhone's Settings → Subscriptions). There is no cancellation fee.
- You keep your plan until the end of the month (or year) you've paid for. We don't charge you again after you cancel.
- Refunds. Payments are not refunded for a partly used month or year. If you were charged by mistake - a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled - contact us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple under its policies.
- Switching plans. Moving to a higher or lower plan takes effect straight away; the difference for the rest of the month is calculated automatically on your next bill.
5. Fair use
You agree not to use olyone to:
- sell anything illegal in Sri Lanka, counterfeit goods, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- mislead or defraud customers, or collect their information for anything other than their orders;
- send spam, or attack, overload or try to break into olyone or other sellers' stores.
If a store breaks these rules we may take it offline. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
6. Your data
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and every store you own at any time (how). When you collect your customers' details through olyone, you are responsible for using them fairly and as Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act requires; we process them on your behalf.
7. The service
- We work hard to keep olyone running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted or free of errors.
- We improve olyone all the time. If we remove something important you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
- Third-party services you connect - payment gateways, couriers, your domain registrar - are run by those companies under their own terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, olyone is provided "as is", and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before the change applies. Questions: hello@olyone.lk or WhatsApp 077 204 3588.
